Commercial service
Storefront & Retail Cleaning
Done before you open, so nobody steps over a hose to reach your door.
Typical job
Overnight or pre-opening
Your frontage is your first impression
A customer decides something about your business in the few seconds between the car and the door. Stained concrete, a gray awning and a constellation of black gum spots say something you did not intend, and they say it to everybody who walks past whether they come in or not.
What gets cleaned
- Sidewalks and entries — surface cleaned for an even finish, edges detailed by hand
- Gum — steamed off rather than blasted, so no shadow is left behind
- Awnings and canopies — soft washed at low pressure with a fabric-safe cleaner
- Drive-thru lanes — including menu boards, the service window apron and the grease trail that builds under it
- Dumpster and delivery areas — hot water and degreaser
- Building facade and signage surrounds — cleaned to suit the material
Scheduled outside your hours
We work overnight or in the pre-open window. Wet surfaces are coned, hoses are never run across a public path in a way that trips anyone, and everything is packed away before your first customer arrives. For shopping centers and multi-tenant plazas we sequence the frontages so no single unit is disrupted twice.
Slips are the real risk
Organic film on a shaded concrete sidewalk is genuinely slippery once it rains, and a fall outside your door is your problem long before it is anyone else’s. Regular cleaning is the cheapest liability control available to a retail tenant, and it produces a dated record that you maintained the surface.
Recurring beats reactive
Frontages that are cleaned on a schedule never reach the state where they need rescuing, and each visit is quick and cheap. Most of our retail clients settle on monthly for food service and quarterly for everything else.
