Why we started
We got tired of cleaning up after pressure washers.
Most of the damage we see on New Jersey properties was done by someone holding a pressure washer who did not know what was underneath it. Vinyl siding cracked and full of water. Shingles with their granules in the gutter. Decks blasted so hard the soft grain is gone and no stain will ever sit evenly again. Historic mortar cut back an inch in a single pass.
None of that is a technique problem. It is a knowledge problem — one tool used on every surface because it is the only tool in the van. So we built the business the other way round: learn the substrate first, then choose the pressure, the chemistry and the dwell time it can actually take.
That means we are slower than the cheapest quote you will get, and we occasionally tell people their roof does not need cleaning yet, or that the wall they want washed really needs painting. We have never lost money being straight with someone.

How we work
Four rules we do not bend.
The surface decides the pressure
Not the schedule, not what is already on the trailer. If a wall needs to be cleaned at garden-hose pressure, it gets garden-hose pressure and we take longer.
Landscaping gets protected first
Beds soaked before a drop of solution is mixed, and rinsed again when we finish. Plants are not an acceptable cost of a clean house.
You see the damage before we do
We walk and photograph loose panels, failed seals and spalling concrete before we start, and show you. No one likes that conversation after the fact.
We do not leave until you have looked
Walk it with us. Anything you are not happy with gets redone while the equipment is still out.
